Before You Begin…

A FEW NOTES…

Our machines operate best when the columns are only filled about halfway. If you still have leftover sleeves from day one, please avoid overstocking the machine and only refill each column to around halfway up the shaft height.

1. Move the Machine

Carefully place the machine on either a low table or the ground.

2. Remove the lid

Use the gold key to unlock and remove the top lid of the machine.

3. Remove the foam

Remove the foam block and attached metal plate from each column and set aside.

4. Face the front of the machine

Stand facing the front of the machine while loading.

5. Locate the sleeves

Using the separately shipped box of sleeves, locate the correct stack for each column (example: sleeves labeled “Left” go in the left column when facing the front of the machine).

6. Restock the machine

Place small amount of sleeves at a time into the column with the Swan logo facing you. Repeat the same process for the opposite column.

7. Check the sleeves

Check that all sleeves are stacked flat and aligned inside each column.

8. Reinsert foam

Make sure the metal plate is still attached to the foam block, then insert it back into each column with the metal raised circle facing the back of the machine.

9. Place lid on and lock

While gently pushing the foam downward, place the top lid back on and use the gold key to fully secure the lock.

Do not move or lift the machine unless the top lock is fully secured, as the machine can separate when transported unlocked.

10. Test the Machine

Before guests arrive, do a few test pulls from each side to make sure everything is dispensing smoothly. If anything seems off, check the troubleshooting guide here.
