Vending Machine Guide

Everything you need to set up, use, and return your machine with ease.

Before You Begin

Your machine should be placed on a sturdy table in a designated area. If possible, plan this location in advance with your planner or venue.

Set Up

Timing: 5–10 minutes

People: 1–2 recommended

The case weighs ~55 lbs. The machine itself is ~25 lbs and will need to be lifted onto a table.

1. Open the Case

Lay the case flat, clip the zip ties if still attached, and open the latches.

2. Place the Machine

Using the hand cutouts, carefully lift the machine out of the case & place it onto the table.

3. Accessorize

Remove the bowl, tray, spray bottles, and sponges, and arrange them around the machine. Place the sponges on the tray.

Pour the tokens into the bowl and style the setup as you’d like. If space allows, you’re welcome to incorporate florals or other small details.

4. Prepare for Use

Fill the spray bottles with water and lightly dampen the sponges so they expand.

Inside the Case

Machine stocked with tattoos/stickers
Two (2) glass spray bottles
Four (4) sponges (in a lace pouch)
A satin pouch with approx. 400 tokens
A silver bowl & tray
Set of keys (in case of an emergency)

A return label and zip ties are on the lid for later.

5. What to Set Aside

Place the satin pouch & any wrapping materials back into the case and set it aside.

Keep the keys somewhere safe—they’re only needed if an issue arises.

During the Event

Although the machine is designed to be self-service, we recommend checking in occasionally to ensure everything is running smoothly.

Keep an eye on the token bowl and refill as needed. If it runs low, use the silver key to open the front bottom compartment & empty the coins back into the bowl.

You may also need to refill the spray bottles throughout the event.

Pack Up

Timing: 5–10 minutes

People: 1

1. Empty Tokens

Use the silver key to open the coin compartment and collect all remaining tokens. Return them to the satin pouch and place it back into the case.

3. Pack the Machine

Place the machine back into its insert inside the case.

Continue to the next section to fully prep the machine to be returned.

Please Note

We ask that you do not go inside the machine. All extras will be shipped.

2. Pack the Accessories

Empty any remaining water from the spray bottles, then rewrap them using the original paper & place them back into the cavity.

Return the bowl and tray to the case as well. Along with the keys.

Sponges can be discarded, along with any loose waste.

Return Instructions

1. Secure the Case

Before closing, locate the folder on the lid with the return label & zip ties. Set them aside. Make sure everything is packed back into its designated place.

2. Close and Secure

Close the case fully, fastening all 5 latches, then use the (2) zip ties to secure through the front lock holes.

3. Attach the Label

Affix the return shipping label to the hang tag on the handle. You can cover the old one.

4. Ship it Back

Drop off at a UPS location (or schedule a pickup) no later than the Monday after your event.
