Vending Machine Guide
Everything you need to set up, use, and return your machine with ease.

Before You Begin…
A FEW NOTES…
The machine arrives fully stocked and ready to go. We kindly ask that you don’t open or adjust anything inside, as this can disrupt the internal setup and mechanics.
If something doesn’t seem quite right, our troubleshooting guide will walk you through how to open it properly — see [here]. We promise it's rarely needed.
Set Up
Timing: 5–10 minutes
People: 1–2 recommended
The case with the machine weighs ~55 lbs. The machine itself is ~25 lbs & will need to be lifted onto a table.
Inside the Case
Machine stocked with tattoos/stickers
Two (2) glass spray bottles
Four (4) sponges (in a lace pouch)
A satin pouch with approx. 400 tokens
A silver bowl & tray
Set of (2) keys
Your return label & zip ties are tucked into the lid — you'll need these at the end.
1. Open the Case
Lay the case flat, clip the zip ties if still attached, and open the latches.
2. Place the Machine
Using the hand cutouts on either side, carefully lift the machine out of the case & place it on the table.
3. Style your Setup
Remove the bowl, tray, spray bottles, and sponges, and arrange them around the machine. Place the sponges on the tray.
Pour the tokens into the bowl and style the setup as you’d like. If space allows, you’re welcome to incorporate florals or other small details.

4. Prepare for Use
Fill the spray bottles with water & dampen the sponges so they expand.
5. What to Set Aside
Place the satin pouch and any wrapping paper back into the case cavity and set it aside.
Keep the keys somewhere safe — you'll only need them if the token bowl needs refilling or something needs a nudge.
6. Test the Machine
Before guests arrive, do a few test pulls from each side to make sure everything is dispensing smoothly. If anything seems off, check the troubleshooting guide here.
During the Event
The machine is designed to be self-service, but we recommend having a designated person keep an eye on things throughout the night.
Tokens running low? Use the silver key to unlock the coin compartment at the base of the machine, collect the used tokens, & return them to the bowl.
Spray bottles need a refill? Top them off with water as needed.

Pack Up
Timing: 5–10 minutes
People: 1
1. Collect Tokens
Use the silver key to open the coin compartment at the base of the machine. Empty all coins back into the satin pouch.
2. Pack the Accessories
Empty the spray bottles, wrap them back in the paper they arrived in, and return them to the case along with the bowl, tray, and satin pouch.
Sponges can be discarded.
3. Pack the Machine
Place the machine back into its insert in the case.
Continue to the next section to fully prep the machine to be shipped & returned.
Please Note
We ask that you leave any remaining stickers & tattoos inside the machine — we'll make sure anything left over finds its way to you after the event.
Return Instructions
1. Retrieve Label and The Zip Ties
Before closing, locate the sleeve on the lid & remove the return label & two (2) zip ties. Set them aside.
2. Close and Secure
Make sure everything is packed back into its place, close all five (5) latches, & thread the two (2) white zip ties through the front lock holes.
3. Attach the Label
Affix the return label to the hang tag on the handle. You can place it right over the old one.
4. Ship it Back
Drop off at a UPS location (or schedule a pickup) no later than the Monday after your event.
